Many technology innovations and opportunities are now emerging against a
backdrop of significant challenge and change with respect to amateur radio
in the areas of regulation, cognitive radio, forward error correction
pre-eminence, new amateur radio platforms in space and new funding and
coordination mechanisms such as ARDC and OSRI.

Following the talk, Michelle will take questions over the Cactus/Zoom
connection.
